Cylinder boring service : Evo & Twin Cams

We will bore and hone your cylinder and fit to next oversized required pistons. Boring will be done on a Kwik-way boring bar boring from the bottom of cylinder for straightness from the gasket surface and honing will be done on a Vertical Powerstroke hone with toqure plates for a precision fit. Choose any brand of piston from our catalog section and the machine shop will note the part number on work order authorization form. Work will be performed on sets of cylinders only. Pack cylinders with care as we are not responsible for broken fins in shipping. Pistons are sold separately. Labor $215.00 per pair up too 3.625" - $240.00 per pair up too 3.875" $260.00 per pair up too 4.250"

Bringing your cylinder heads up too present standards.

We will glass bead heads, install new cast iron guides, nitrated coated valves, springs, collars and keepers.

Heads must be in re buildable condition and will be done in sets only. Service will be performed on a Kwik-Way valve seat forming machine that will insure correct valve stem to seat alignment less than .04 degrees for the best meaning of performance?

50* & 55* seat work for high flow.

Package heads to insure safety of shipping , as we are not responsible for broken fins , Studs ect.

Performance Valve Jobs: Up to 5 angles.
